Petitioner earlier served as Nazir in Rajpur Block in the district of Buxar wherefrom he superannuated with effect from 31.12.2009. Present case has been lodged against him under Sections 419, 420, 409, 201, 120-B/34 of the Penal Code alleging that after superannuation at the time of handing over charge petitioner did not hand over the log book and for failure to hand over the said log book the present case has been lodged. Petitioner having superannuated from service in 2009, the case having been lodged in 2015, I direct him to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40274 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 2/2 below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 118/15, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (V.N. Sinha, J) Rajesh/- U T
