2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner and the same is taken on record.

4. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 94 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 138 of the N.I. Act.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is liable to pay only one cheque amount of Rs. 9,00,000/- whereas the complainant says that the total amount

6. If this is position, then the petitioner does not deserve bail.

7. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.

9. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after taking a call, as to whether he will pay the entire amount to the complainant in installments.
