The State of Bihar .... .... Opposite Party/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Umeshanand Pandit, Adv. For the State : Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Since this is a 3rd application for anticipatory bail which is evidently not maintainable, even though, this Court has repeatedly directed the Petitioner to surrender in the Court below. The prayer for anticipatory bail is once again rejected.
The Court below is directed to take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
