The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 354/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67(A) of the I.T. Act. Later on Section 4/13/14 of the POCSO Act was added.

Allegation of preparing an objectionable video of the victim girl is against other co-accused. Allegation against the petitioner is that he was also involved in making the video viral. Petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2019.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the statement of the victim girl, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61652 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No.137 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
