The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 8 of the POCSO Act. The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have kidnapped the victim daughter of the informant. It is submitted that Saddam Hussain had affairs with the victim. The informant is not an eye witness of the occurrence. The informant implicated the entire family members of Saddam Hussain.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
