2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 162 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 166, 217, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case due to local politics. It is submitted that the petitioner has already been terminated from her service. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the

Case No. 162 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
