2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 376 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 6 and 7 of the POCSO Act, registered in connection with Sugauli P.S.Case No.336 of 2024.
3. As per allegation, the petitioner established physical relationship with the informant multiple times on the pretext of marriage and impregnated her.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim is major and she has compromised the case. It is also submitted that there was love and affection between the

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court 6, Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Sugauli P.S.Case No. 336 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
