1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners along with other co-accused persons assaulted the informant and his mother.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Doctor has found the injuries simple in nature.

5. Learned counsel for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M.F.C., Samastipur/concerned court below in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P. S. Case No. 126 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
