This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Kharik P.S. Case No.133 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of abducting the victim girl.

From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 04.08.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
