The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.50 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making attempt of grabbing Rs.1,59,240/- by creating forged muster roll and tampering with the records and M.I.S. against the provisions of MANREGA Act by the petitioner no.1, being the Panchayat Technical Assistant of Kaithir Gram Panchayat and petitioner no.2 being Panchayat Rojgar Sewak of Kaithir Gram Panchayat under conspiracy with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36580 of 2016 (2) dt.16-09-2016 2/2 Arvind Manjhi, Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat-Kaithir. Submission is that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the only allegation is that attempt was made to grab Rs.1,59,240/- by creating forged muster roll, tampering with records and M.I.S. against the provisions of MANREGA Act by the petitioners. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No.50 of 2016, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) P.S./- U T
