Patna High Court MJC No.1488 of 2018(6) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 on behalf of the petitioner submits that respondents have not decided as yet the inter se seniority of the petitioner and the private respondents. If they have not decided the issue of inter se seniority till date, they are obliged to decide the same within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file petition for revival of contempt proceeding.
