Petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2016 in connection with Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 54 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, on account of a land dispute between the parties, the petitioner along with family members have been implicated in this case. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody for the last one year and two months.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the
