2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 155 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A, 372 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is an accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The victim girl in her statement made under Section 164 Cr. P.C. has said that she got married to the petitioner at jalandhar. The petitioner is in jail since 05.08.2022.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66075 of 2023(3) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (POCSO Act) Darbhanga in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 155 of 2022.
