2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 341, 354B, 498A, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner, who is father-in-law of opposite party no.2, is alleged to have attempted to molest her. Petitioner entered the room of opposite party no.2 and tore her clothes and on alarm he fled away. Petitioner also threatened opposite party no.2 to bring dowry from her house.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of the victim and there is admitted land dispute between them due to which she has lodged this false and concocted case against him. Moreover, he is separate in mess and business. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of
