The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner was arrested and from his possession one mobile of Air Tel SIM No. 7070986600 was recovered.
It is submitted that Lava and Nokia mobiles were looted, but no Lava and Nokia mobiles were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused Md. Jamil @ Jangla @ Jamil and others has already enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38518 of 2015 (2) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Singh, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria in Bhargama P.S. Case No. 200 of 2014.
