2. Supplementary counter affidavit has also been filed on behalf of the University in which the stand is that Group Insurance with 12.5% interest has been calculated and the amount released by cheque dated 28.07.2018 and further with regard to arrears of salary from 01.03.1989 to 31.10.2015, amount has been sent to the Principal of the college concerned from where it shall be paid to the petitioner.

4. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, let the authorities provide detailed calculation chart to the petitioner with regard to the payment made under various heads within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before the Registrar of the University. If upon receiving the same, the petitioner finds any error, he shall be entitled to make a detailed representation before the Registrar within two weeks from the date of receipt of such calculation chart.

6. If such representation is filed, the same shall be considered by the Registrar and reasoned order passed within four weeks from the date of filing of the representation. If anything further is required to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall also be paid within four weeks from the date of passing of the order.

7. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
