2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners requests disposal of the writ petition with direction to the Additional Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram (Respondent No. 3) to dispose of the representation which was filed by the petitioners on 31.08.2023 (Annexure-4) on the recommendation of Circle Officer, Dehri, Rohtas, but no action has been taken till date.

3. In view of the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Additional Collector, Rohtas at Sasaram (Respondent No. 3) to

Patna High Court CWJC No.14543 of 2023(2) dt.06-02-2024 2/2 dispose of the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioners on 31.08.2023 in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
