JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 07-01-2019 This Court while disposing of the writ petition directed the petitioner to file a representation before the Collector and the Collector was required to dispose of the same. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the Collector has passed reasoned order on 24.09.2018. Considering the aforesaid, the Court does not find any justification in proceeding further in this contempt proceeding. It is, accordingly, dropped.

However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Nalanda for measurement of

With the aforesaid, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
