The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation in the confession of co-accused. The informant named two persons in the F.I.R. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused Bechan Mahto has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38658 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Prashant Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 142 of 2013.
