JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-11-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P. S. Case No. 55 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. As per F.I.R. there is recovery of one rifle loaded with the cartridges, seven other cartridges and one Muskat also. It further appears that he is accused in two other cases also. Submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that both the cases of the year 2013. He is in custody for more than 08 months. He is ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Heard learned APP for the State also.

Having heard both sides, considering the submissions, made above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59448 of 2019(3) dt.20-11-2019 2/2 above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rajeev Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P. S. Case No. 55 of 2019, with condition that he has to co-operate in disposal of the trial and appear as and when required.
