13-08-2018 This writ application has been filed for quashing the order dated 11.03.2015 issued by the learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Biharsharif in Case No. 348(M)/15 under Section 145(6) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
At the outset, Sri S.N.P. Sinha, learned senior counsel representing the petitioners submits that now Annexure-3 to the writ application has already taken effect during pendency of the writ application and therefore this writ application has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the State is present. Learned senior counsel submits that the application may be disposed of as having become infructuous with a liberty to the petitioner to raise the issues which she may have in respect of
