2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Spl. POCSO Case No. 96 of 2025 arising out of Chandan P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 49 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023 and Section 12 of POCSO Act.

3. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the Sate has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-VI-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Banka/ concerned Court below in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025.
