The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case under Section 365, 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The informant alleged that her daughter was married to Sonu Kumar Yadav, the son of the petitioner. About one and half months ago Sonu Kumar Yadav came to her house and took her daughter. Sonu Kumar Yadav informed that her daughter was missing.
It is submitted that the informant did not make any allegation against the petitioner. Sonu Kumar Yadav is alleged to have brought his wife from his Sasural.

No.38676 of 2015 (3) dt.05-11-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner and the daughter of the informant had gone along with her husband, the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Islampur P.S.
