The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Government Rail Police Bhagalpur PS case no. 127 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411 of Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioner is with regard to pick-pocketing during course of travel in the train. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was traveling in the train along with her small child, she does not have any criminal antecedent and is in custody since 01.07.2017.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45502 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Government Rail Police Bhagalpur PS case no. 127 of 2017.
