2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuing an appropriate writ/order/direction for setting aside the order dated 26.05.2025 passed by the Bhumi Sudhar Up Samaharta, Sadar Munger in Napi Appeal Case No. 16/2024-25;
(ii) for holding that the revenue authorities have no jurisdiction to decide the title and
Patna High Court CWJC No.15548 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/3 possession arising from sale deeds;
(iii) for directing the concerned authorities to conduct a thorough inquiry into the chain of transfer of the subject property and take appropriate legal action in accordance with law;
(iv) for restraining the respondents and their agents from proceeding with or acting upon any forged or fabricated documents relating to the property in question, including any measurement, demarcation, or mutation proceedings based on such forged documents;
(v) for setting aside and cancelling any on going or proposed measurement /demarcation work initiated on the basis of forged or fabricated title records;
(vi) for passing any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner Ms. Supriya Kumari has taken this Court to the order of the learned
Patna High Court CWJC No.15548 of 2025(2) dt.14-10-2025 3/3 D.C.L.R., Sadar, Munger dated 26.05.2025 by which he has directed the Circle Officer, Sadar, Munger to ensure measurement of the land (Annexure-P/2 to the petition).
4. Upon query, learned State Counsel submits that necessary steps shall be taken by the concerned authority in accordance with law.
5. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Circle Officer, Sadar, Munger (respondent no.5) to abide by the direction issued by the D.C.L.R., Sadar, Munger dated 26.05.2025 and ensure its compliance preferably by 31.01.2026.
6. The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
