For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Pramod Mishra Mr. Arun Kumar For the Respondent/s : Mr. Vikas Kumar, AC to AG =========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the affidavit of the Senior Superintendent of Police as well as the District Education Officer.
The law was set in motion. It has taken its course. Accused was arrested. Charge-sheet was filed. The trial of the case ought to be expedited.
Petitioner has already availed an option of transfer which as per the rule is available to a person only twice in his service career and at least within a gap of 5 years.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12807 of 2015 dt.15-10-2015 2 / 2 After perusing the materials on record, the Court comes to a considered opinion that the problem faced by the petitioner is not unique. Every other citizen in the State of Bihar is on the receiving end, in one manner or the other. That by itself cannot be treated to be an administrative ground on which the Court will direct respondent authorities to transfer the petitioner.
Writ application has no merit. It is dismissed. (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J) R.K.Pathak/- U
