Patna High Court LPA No.449 of 2018(3) dt.09-08-2018 3/3 This interlocutory application has been filed for condoning the delay of about 1 year 38 days in preferring the present appeal.

For condoning the delay in filing the appeal, a ground has been taken by the appellant that due to financial crisis he has not filed the present appeal in time.

Thus, in our view, there is no explanation at all which emanates out from the inordinate delay of 1 year and 38 days. Accordingly, this interlocutory application is dismissed and, as a consequence thereof, this appeal is also dismissed.
