The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. The informant named four persons, Pawan Mandal, Gholta Mandal @ Dhiraj Kumar, Sudhir Mandal @ Subwa and Golu Ram @ Ravi Kumar and three unknown persons and made specific allegation against Pawan Mandal and Gholta Mandal @ Dhiraj Kumar who made firing on her husband causing his death. No allegation of firing is made against any other accused persons. Name of the petitioner figured in the case as one of the accused who was seen fleeing away from the place of occurrence with country made pistol in his hand. Other similarly situated accused have already been enlarged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38841 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 2/2 on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Kasim Bazar P.S.
