Case No. 123 of 2016 dated 10.06.2016, during pendency of the writ petition the police have completed investigation and submitted charge-sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate.

In that view of the matter, he sought leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge any

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.932 of 2016(4) dt.04-01-2019 2/2 adverse order which the court may pass against the petitioner on perusal of the police report submitted under Section 173(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
