The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Nararikala P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016 under Sections 384, 385, 353, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that when he went to inspect the progress of construction site, he found that labourers blocked the road and they were agitating and threatening the informant to kill.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that four persons, namely, Chandan Kumar, Surendra Chaudhary, Dilip Gupta and Anil Kumar Rajak, have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order, dated 17.10.2016, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38084 of 2016 by a coordinate Bench of this Court. The case of the petitioners stand on same footing.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39550 of 2016 (4) dt.21-10-2016 Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nararikala P.S. Case No. 13 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
