The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kothi P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. They have no criminal antecedent. Further submission is that only on the confessional statement of co-accused, petitioners have been made accused in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61856 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 the present case.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Gaya in connection with Kothi P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
