The impugned order terminating the services of the petitioner on the post of Prakhand Shikshika (Block Teacher), is capable of being assailed under Rule-18 of Bihar Panchayat Teacher Appointment Rules-2006 before the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority.

When such an observation has been made, Mr.

Sanjay Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to move before the District Teacher

Patna High Court CWJC No.13366 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 Employment Appellate Authority, for redressal of the grievance raised herein.
