Patna High Court CWJC No.15575 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 Considering the fact that this writ petition, which has been filed, in the nature of Public Interest Litigation, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, brings it out that the land, which forms part of the land of cremation ground, are being encroached upon, we close this writ application with a direction to the respondents, particularly, respondent No.3, namely, District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, to ensure that the encroachers are removed within a period of four months from today and, upon removal of encroachers, a report, in writing, shall be submitted by respondent No.3, namely, District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, to the Registrar General of this Court.
In terms of the above observations and directions, this application shall stand disposed of.
Let a copy of this order be made available to the learned Counsel for the petitioner for being transmitted to the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
