The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

A mobile of the informant was stolen from the potato shop while the same was being charged. But, later on, the aforesaid mobile was recovered from the betel shop of the petitioner. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. It is submitted that the petitioner had purchased the said mobile from co-accused Raju Paswan, who disclosed that he had sold the mobile.
