JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the State.

In view of the time frame to file application for being appointed on compassionate appointment, the application has been filed after five years. The claim of the petitioner was rejected as time barred by the respondents.

Since, the petitioner has filed the application in proper format only after seven years and, such, the respondents have rejected the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment, this Court does not find any infirmity in the order of the respondents.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as devoid of any merit.
