1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For that the present application is for issuance of a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondent to pay the honorarium with interest of the petitioner as she has appointed on the contract basis vide letter no. 4632 dated 01.10.2018 on the post of Nursing/Sister Tutor in G.N.M. School, Darbhanga Medical College Hospital Laheriasarai, Darbhanga and she has rendered
Patna High Court CWJC No.17561 of 2022(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 her service since 8.10.2018 to 30.4.2020 continuously but eight months honorarium of the petitioner has not paid."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
