JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i). For direction to cut dried Mahua tree which lying under Khata No.79, Survey No.613 and 614 in Mauza-Kharika, which was completely owned by ancestors of petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15595 of 2023(2) dt.07-05-2024 2/2 (ii). For direction to not make obstacle or Hindrance in order to cut the aforesaid tree because private respondents has lost two consecutive case in the civil court over disputed land in question.

(iii) For direction to provide atmosphere of peace and tranquility over land in question which is under possession of petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.06 i.e. the Circle Officer, Sonepur, District-Saran for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
