The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 259 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 504, 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The occurrence took place due to land dispute between the parties. Moreover, the injuries are found simple in nature. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44869 of 2017 (3) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Manihari P.S.
