2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 205 of 2024 (POCSO Case No. 94 of 2024) registered for the offence punishable under Section 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the brother of the main accused Munna Kumar.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 23.06.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67302 of 2024(2) dt.03-10-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge POCSO-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge-VI, Bhagalpur/concerned Court connection with Nath Nagar P.S. Case No. 205 of 2024 (POCSO Case No. 94 of 2024).
