2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shyampur Bhathan P.S. Case No. 50 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, a country made pistol and a live cartridge has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the petitioner is accused in seven more cases.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64511 of 2025(2) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.

8. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
