The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45037 of 2017 (3) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 75 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
