2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following relief/s:- "i. In the nature of mandamus for directing and commanding the respondents authorities to add Khata No. 361, Khesra No. 756, total area 35 Decimil belongs to the petitioner as Raiyati land on the website of Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar, as the petitioner is paying rent till today to the State of Bihar. ii. For further direction to the respondent authorities to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner by a reasoned and speaking order within time frame."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in

Patna High Court CWJC No.15046 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 2/3 the year 2000, the land was mutated in the name of the petitioner and was also recorded in Register-II and, till 2014, the Khesra No. 756 was mentioned on the rent receipt and was also reflecting the website of the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna but, the Plot No. 756 is not reflected on the website though the same has been mentioned in Register-II.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has already filed an application on 25.05.2019 before the Circle Officer, Ghoswari, stating therein to add the Khata No. 756 on the website of the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna along with the name of the petitioner but, no action has been taken as yet.

5. Finally, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Ghoswari, Patna (Respondent No.4) by way of filing a fresh representation for redressal of his aforesaid grievance.

6. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

7. It is needless to say that in case a fresh representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the Circle Officer, Ghoswari, Patna (Respondent No.4), shall dispose of the same by passing a

Patna High Court CWJC No.15046 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 3/3 reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

8. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
