The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Asthan P.S. Case No. 139 of 2022 registered under Sections 409, 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner has deposited Rs. 2,17,530/- as part of his share on 25.05.2022 in Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, as detailed in Annexure 2 series of the bail application. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
