2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the resolution dated 30.09.2023 by which Respondent No.8 has been selected on the post of Asha in Anganbari Centre No.54 and quash the order dated 04.03.2024 contained in Annexure-3 and order of Appellate Authority contained in Letter No.1985 dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.14329 of 2024(2) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 06.08.2014 contained in Annexure-6 and further to direct the respondents concerned to select the petitioner on the post of Asha.
3. After some argument, Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to avail her remedy before the Appellate Authority mentioned in the impugned order.
4. As such, liberty is hereby granted to avail statutory remedy before the Higher Authority, who passed the impugned order within 30 days from today. It is directed to the said Authority to hear the application of the petitioner within 90 days from the date of filing of the appeal. The said 90 days shall be counted from the date of completion of appearance of all concerned.
5. Delay, if any, in filing the appeal is hereby directed to be condoned.
6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application stands disposed off.
