2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 514 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable u/s 380, 454 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M. VIII, Bhojpur at Ara.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within three weeks and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is granted with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Court below for grant of regular bail which would be considered on its merits in accordance with law, preferably on the same day, without being
