2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The F.I.R. has been lodged on the direction of SubRegistrar and District Magistrate-cum-District Registrar, in which it is alleged that this petitioner fraudulently identified the vendor as Itar Devi, who died much before i.e. on 22.10.2020, whereas the sale-deed was executed on 31.12.2020.
