2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the deceased due to which he died.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, who is a lady.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 29.6.2024.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Benipatti in connection with Bisfi P.S.
