2. The petitioners are in custody since 10.06.2023 in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 115/2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/149/323/324/325/ 307/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to old dispute. It is further submitted that both the parties are co-

He further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 08.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57434 of 2023.
5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Akorhigola P.S.
