2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 47/149/341/323/324/325/307/354/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Md. Sahid alleged that on 16.12.2022 at about 4-5 PM, due to previous land dispute , all the F.I.R., named accused persons including this petitioner and 6-7 other persons came at the land of informant and started abusing. Upon protest, accused persons assaulted informant with spade , iron rod, pistol and chura and when other people came to rescue , then they were also assaulted and this petitioner took Rs. 50,000/- from informant.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that on account of land dispute , a free fight took place between the parties in which both sides sustained injuries. The present case is counter blast of Motipur PS Case No. 449 of 2025 which was lodged by petitioner's side against informant and others. Injuries caused by this petitioner are simple in nature . 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .
6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. IInd (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 450 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
