The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 337, 332, 379, 435, 353, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

The prosecution case is that when police went to the village Marwa to apprehend an accused Mukesh, then the accused persons attacked on the police personnel and put the police jeep on fire.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a protest was made since the police was protecting the main accused Mukesh, who after abducting 7 years old girl, killed after ravishing her. The accusation is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41282 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 against the mob as seven persons named in the First Information Report along with one thousand unknown persons. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the accusation against mob, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Dharmendra Kumar Tiwary, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Chapra, Saran in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
